Grown above the fog line on Sonoma Mountain at 1,400 feet, the Sun Chase Chardonnay is shaped by the diurnal temperature swings of the Petaluma Gap — morning fog giving way as the sun chases it across the valley below.

Tasting Notes: Apple skin, honeycomb, nectarine, pear, and butterscotch with a creamy texture lifted by buoyant acidity. Full-bodied but never heavy.

Pairs well with: Roasted chicken, seafood, creamy pasta, soft cheeses.
