By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that the recipient of the shipment is also at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at any time without notice. Prices displayed on our website are in US dollars. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but in the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders.

3. Orders & Payment

By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship only to states where we hold valid direct-to-consumer shipping permits. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Adult signature is required at delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Wine Club Membership

Wine Club memberships involve recurring charges. By joining, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the schedule of your selected membership tier. You may cancel or modify your membership by contacting us at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment. Cancellation requests received after your shipment has processed cannot be applied to that shipment. See Wine Club Terms for full details.
