Grown on volcanic soils at 1,400 to 1,760 feet elevation in Napa's Atlas Peak AVA, the Meadowrock Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is the flagship expression of the Guarachi family name. The volcanic rock that defines this hillside vineyard imparts extraordinary minerality and structure — producing a wine of remarkable depth and refinement.

At a blind tasting of 2021 Napa Cabernets priced $150–$200, the Meadowrock was named the number one wine of the flight by the entire panel.

Tasting Notes: Bold dark fruit, iron minerality, and supple refined tannins with a long, layered finish. Aged in 100% French oak.

Pairs well with: Prime rib, braised short rib, aged hard cheeses.
