Tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus, and white flowers. It’s a crisp and full-bodied Chardonnay, with balanced minerality and acidity.

The Northwest corner of Sonoma County provides a cool maritime climate resulting in an ideal location for Chardonnay. The hillsides of Sun Chase sit 1,400 feet above the valley floor and receive ample sunlight. Balanced fruit, minerality and a lasting finish are hallmarks of this rich Chardonnay.

Great Chardonnay from a highly respected vineyard and winemaker!

We tasted the Guarachi Family Wines during our trip to Napa Valley in November 2024 and were very impressed! Having a busy, upscale restaurant, we are familiar with a lot of wines - cult favorites, mainstays, and unique wines. The Sun Chase Chardonnay was excellent, and although we are able to receive a lot of wines at the restaurant, we just had to buy some bottles to ship home. Upon tasting, you can appreciate the sense of place, complexity, and well rounded style of this Chardonnay. Still need more information? Look up Sun Chase Vineyard - it's a great place to harvest some quality grapes! Mr. Guarachi has some great connections in the valleys!

World Class Single Vineyard Chardonnay from the Petaluma Gap!

Just recently had a glass of the 2020 Guarachi Sun Chase Chardonnay. Incredible! Just the right amount of fruit, acidity and barrel. Great mouthfeel with wonderful minerality that reminded me of some of top Cru Montrachets I have had from France. I was told this wine is small production, so make sure you buy some before it goes away! I was surprised this wine is a 1/3 the price of some of the top Chardonnays I have had the pleasure to try over the years from California and Burgundy, France.
